A civil partnership is available to both same-sex and opposite-sex couples. It gives your relationship legal recognition and provides added legal rights.

You can choose one of the following options: 

Celebrate your decision with a bespoke ceremony. You can include rings, vows, and promises—similar to a marriage ceremony. Your ceremony can take place at our registration office based in Callendar House or a venue of your choice.

Held at our office within Falkirk Library

• No ceremony will be conducted
• No declarations are required
• There will be no readings, music, or exchange of rings
• The couple attend with their two witnesses only.

Once we have checked availability, we will confirm your provisional booking. You will then need to pay a non-refundable deposit within 7 days to secure your ceremony in our diary.
